Small handmade stoneware bowl, designed for tea lovers and everyday simple gestures.
The piece stands out with a very thin rim, pleasant to the lips, and a sculpted foot that gives the whole a stable base and an assertive character.

The interior is glazed with a homemade, food-safe, soft, and luminous glaze.
The exterior is decorated with a homemade Shino glaze, freely applied with a brush, revealing natural variations, warm nuances, and effects related to firing.

Each bowl is a unique piece, marked by fire and handcraft.

Ideal for tea, but also for small tastings or daily use.

The creations sold on this site are created, glazed, and fired in my workshop in Colmar. Shapes and dimensions may vary slightly, as each piece is handcrafted.

Colors naturally vary depending on the glazes, from green to celadon-gray, a lively reflection of a flame-fired reduction.

All "tableware" creations are dishwasher safe and suitable for food contact. However, for better preservation, it is recommended to wash them by hand.

Pieces may have very thin edges that are susceptible to chipping if struck, so please handle your pots with care.

Most of the glazes I create feature crazing; over time, the vitrified surface may stain in the presence of liquid (tea or coffee); there is no danger regarding use, as pots fired at 1280°C are highly vitrified, so there is nothing toxic or dangerous that can come from the stoneware or crazed glazes.
